EMPLOYEES

What does it cost to use your service?
Absolutely nothing. Our service is 100% free to our applicants. There will never be a charge for us to find you employment. All fees are paid by our clients.

Does Pharmacists Now offer paid holidays or benefits?
Yes, after working a specified number of hours, we offer paid holidays, vacations and sick days. Health insurance is available at an additional cost.

Will you be sending out my resume without informing me?
Never, we will always alert you of potential positions. The decision will be yours as to if and where your resume goes.

What is your payroll policy?
We pay our employees once a week. Time sheets are submitted every Monday morning by 10:00am and checks are mailed before end of day.

As a client, when can I expect a response?
We will start working on your assignment immediately. We will communicate with you by your preference, (phone, fax, email), we will never leave you hanging. If we can't fill your need or find it unrealistic, we will discuss it with you and hopefully come to a conclusion.

What is your guarantee policy?
Our temps are guaranteed for Four (4) hours. If for some reason our employee is not working out, call our office and we will discuss a remedy for the situation. There will be no charge for services and of course, we will refill the assignment as soon as possible.Our permanent placement division offers a 90 day unconditional guarantee.

Fees, How much? Are they negotiable?
Our temporary rate schedule is extremely competitive, however, we do offer customized fee agreements on permanent placements as well as temp to perm hires.

Do you have a confidentiality policy?
Yes we do, Pharmacists Now will never divulge information to anyone about your company that is not directly involved with the hiring process.
